A Dubai freight forwarder that keeps you informed
ALTAYAR ALMALAKI arranges sea, air and road freight, customs clearance, warehousing and specialised cargo for businesses and individuals.
We work as your coordinator: we listen to what needs to move, choose the right combination of carriers and partners, check the paperwork and stay with the shipment until it is delivered.
Our office is in Al Garhoud, Dubai, close to the city's air and sea gateways. A large part of our work is on the route between the UAE and Sudan, where we also have a contact number for customers on the Sudan side.
Our mission
To make moving goods across borders simple and predictable for our customers, with honest advice before booking and clear updates after it.
Our vision
Logistics that helps trade grow rather than slowing it down, built on reliable partners, careful planning and good communication.
The principles we work by
Customer first
We start from what you need to achieve, and recommend the option that fits, not the one that is easiest to sell.
Practical improvement
We look for better routes, better paperwork and better tools, and adopt them when they genuinely help.
Straight dealing
Clear prices, clear conditions and early warnings when something may change. We put commitments in writing.
Partners, not promises
We work with a network of carriers, agents and service providers. Rather than display logos, we name the right partner for your shipment when we quote it, so you know who is moving your cargo.
